Explora Journeys Introduces New Travel Advisor Pioneer Status
Explora Journeys, MSC Group’s luxury lifestyle brand debuting later this summer, is introducing a new status for travel advisors, called Pioneers, for those who book at least one trip for their clients during the line’s first year of operations.
Any travel advisor who has booked one journey with the line during its first year of operations will be put into Pioneer status, which offers several benefits for advisors and their clients.
Advisors with Pioneer status can enjoy a complimentary Educational Insider First Look journey between July 17, 2023 and May 31, 2024; they’ll also enjoy Explora Journeys’ Travel Advisor Fares and a bonus commission on all new bookings for those who refer other advisors to the brand.
Additionally, travel advisor Pioneers can offer several exclusive booking incentives to their clients, including a 10 percent savings on the next five itineraries booked and departing in 2023; 5 percent savings on the next five itineraries departing in 2024 and later; €100 JEC per person for two per suite and more.
These incentives can be combined with Explora Early Booking Pay in Full Benefit, Solo fares and Combo value savings.
Explora Journeys will be offering commissions up to 18 percent for advisors, along with no NCFs, rolling commission payments and up to 10 percent commission for add-ons.
“Our travel advisor community is the heart and soul of our industry, and from day one, we have been bold in creating industry-first initiatives to support not only our success but also theirs,” said Chris Austin, Chief Sales Officer of Explora Journeys. “We are sincerely grateful to our Pioneers and proud to equip them with the right tools to support the growth of their business and our mutual success.”
The line will celebrate its first maiden voyage on July 17, 2023 from Southampton, UK on a 15-night trip to the Norwegian fjords and the Arctic Circle.
