FedEx donates $3.5M to support Flying Eye Hospital

FedEx has donated $3.5 million to Orbis, which will provide five years of support for its Flying Eye Hospital, a mobile teaching hospital that offers eye surgeries and training. FedEx donated the MD-10 aircraft to be flown by FedEx Express pilots on volunteer flights around the world on Orbis missions.
