FedEx to add N.C. distribution facility near VinFast site

FedEx Ground will open a distribution center in New Hill, N.C., by early next year that’s located near the recently announced VinFast automotive and electric battery plant. There are 236 economic development projects in progress in North Carolina as of April 1, according to Chris Chung, CEO of the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina.
