Firm pays $248M for Naples, Fla., Grande Beach Resort

HP-SSP Naples Hotel and HP-SSP Naples Golf, possibly affiliates of Pennsylvania-based Aztec Group or London-based Henderson Park Capital Partners, have purchased the Naples, Fla., Grande Beach Resort for $248 million — $218.4 million for the Naples Grande Hotel, $24.8 million for its 18-hole golf course and $4.8 million for its tennis center.
