First group of hotels announced for $50.6B Saudi project

Starwood Capital Group’s Baccarat Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Worldwide’s LXR Hotels & Resorts are among 14 upscale lodging brands to be included in a forthcoming $50.6 billion development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The brands announced Wednesday are the first of 38 planned for the mixed-use complex in the historic city of Diriyah inside the capital.
