LWHT Property Management, based in Coral Springs, has purchased six boutique hotels and motels and a parking lot in the Fort Lauderdale, Fla., area for $27.2 million. The sellers, affiliates of Yury Gnesin of Hallandale Beach, paid $13.4 million for the seven properties between 2013 and 2017.
