FlyExclusive to Launch Grand Caravan Charters in 2Q25

FlyExclusive is expanding into a new market segment with the launch of luxury charter services using Cessna C208B Grand Caravans. The new operations will debut in late second quarter 2025 from Miami Executive Airport, serving upscale destinations in South Florida, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean.
The service will begin in June 2025 with an eight-seat, wheeled Grand Caravan, followed by a float-equipped variant in mid-July. This marks FlyExclusive’s first use of turboprop aircraft, which will operate under the carrier’s existing FAA Part 135 certificate.
The first C208B to enter the fleet is N245JS (msn 208B5154), a 2014-manufactured aircraft owned by FE Caravan LLC, an entity registered at the same address as FlyExclusive. Previously operated by Sky Night under Part 135 regulations, the aircraft completed two test flights around Kinston on June 11, 2025, according to Flightradar24 data.
FlyExclusive’s move into the Grand Caravan segment signals a strategic effort to diversify its offerings and tap into shorter, high-demand routes suited for smaller aircraft with flexible access to remote or water-based locations.
As of early June 2025, FlyExclusive’s Part 135-certified fleet included 93 business jets. This comprised 81 Textron Aviation Citation-series aircraft, along with five Bombardier Challengers, six HondaJets, and one Gulfstream GIV-SP. The addition of the Cessna Grand Caravans reflects the company’s goal to broaden its charter capabilities while maintaining a luxury-focused brand experience for premium clientele.
