Founder of American Girl opens N.Y. spa

The recently opened Spa at the Inns of Aurora in New York’s Finger Lakes region was created by Pleasant Rowland, founder of the American Girl doll company. The spa’s treatments include the Abhyanga Massage with essential oil and rhythmic movements.
