Fund drive seeks historic Black-founded hotel’s revival

One of the first African-American hotels in Thomasville, Ga., closed for half a century, may live again as an Airbnb site if operators of the local Jack Hadley Black History Museum succeed in a fundraising campaign. Museum founder James Jack Hadley estimates his group will need $2 million to repurpose the former Imperial Hotel.
