Gaming and Leisure Properties has closed purchase agreements with The Cordish Companies for the real estate assets of Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia and Live! Casino Pittsburgh. The properties are trading for around $674 million, and the REIT is forming a master lease with Cordish.
