Booking Holdings Inc. has announced plans to purchase the hotel reservation site Getaroom for about $1.2 billion and fold it into its discount booking arm Priceline. Getaroom, owned by private equity firm Court Square Capital Partners, focuses on leisure travel to and within North America.
