Ghost kitchen phenom Butler Hospitality reportedly defunct

Butler Hospitality, a leader in the “ghost kitchen” trend for outsourced hotel cooking, has closed down, according to LinkedIn postings by employees. No comment was immediately available from the company, which listed more than 400 hotels as clients and was raising money from investors as late as last fall.
