Hawaiian Airlines has appointed the owners of Honolulu’s MW Restaurant and Artizen as executive chefs, in charge of in-flight menus. Wade Ueoka said he and his wife, Michelle Karr-Ueoka, “look forward to welcoming Hawaiian’s guests with new menus that represent our home.”
