HCN Launches AiMe, the AI-Powered Concierge, at HITEC Charlotte

Hotel Communication Network (HCN) is set to unveil AiMe, a cutting-edge AI-powered concierge service, at this year’s Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC) in Charlotte. AiMe represents a significant advancement in in-room guest services, leveraging advanced natural language processing and translation capabilities to enhance the guest experience. The technology will be showcased from June 25 to 27 at Booth #3836 in the Charlotte Convention Center.

AiMe operates on voice commands in multiple languages, allowing guests to effortlessly communicate their needs, from ordering food and beverages to requesting housekeeping services. The system integrates seamlessly with the hotel’s service system, ensuring that all requests are directly relayed to the appropriate staff, thereby streamlining operations and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Neil Schubert, HCN Product Officer, emphasized the uniqueness of AiMe, stating, “Unlike traditional communication methods within hotels, AiMe provides a more direct and efficient way for guests to articulate their needs without intermediaries. This not only speeds up service delivery but also enhances the overall guest experience by catering to requests in the guest’s preferred language.”

At HITEC, HCN will demonstrate how AiMe can:

  • Interpret guest messages to identify urgency and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Integrate with panic button platforms to enhance staff safety.
  • Facilitate back-office operations such as updating room statuses directly via the tablet.
  • Streamline in-room technology by replacing traditional devices with a single, comprehensive solution.
  • Personalize guest experiences and increase brand loyalty through intuitive interaction.

HCN’s innovative approach also addresses the low adoption rates of hotel brand apps by providing a platform that engages 100% of guests, promoting greater usage of digital services and enhancing revenue streams for the hotel.

The Navigator 2.0 tablet, powered by AiMe, not only functions as an interactive guest service tool but also serves as a digital hub for the room, controlling various aspects of the room environment through voice commands or touch.

HCN invites all attendees at HITEC Charlotte to visit Booth 3836 to experience firsthand how AiMe is revolutionizing the way hotels interact with their guests.
