Hermes Airports introduced a chatbot to provide helpful information to visitors

Hermes Airports launched artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot service. The chatbot is available for visitors to answer user questions regarding COVID-19, facility information etc. The chatbot also helps gather user insights, enabling Larnaka and Pafos Airports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement at the airports.

Visitors can access the chatbot on mobile or desktop devices using the widget on Hermes’ website or via social media without downloading an application or completing account registration.

The system answers passengers’ questions and gives the latest news, flight updates, etc.
