Hilton Hotels & Resorts is showcasing a few new design enhancements across three properties in the U.S. to show how the hotel giant is keeping its properties and amenities relevant and desired among travelers.

Hilton Columbus Downtown, Ohio
The 1,000-room hotel is located in the Short North Arts and Arena Districts and just unveiled a $265-million expansion, adding over 75,000 square feet of meeting and event spaces as well as a new tower.

The new tower features a circular lobby with direct connections to the Greater Columbus Convention Center. It also connects to the hotel’s original tower via a sky bridge and features updated and expanded accommodations with more views of Columbus.

Hilton Richmond Downtown, Virginia
The Hilton Richmond Downtown recently underwent a large renovation to preserve its building, the former Miller & Rhoads department store, while giving the hotel a more modern appeal.

A new lobby bar and lounge, Gather & Hem, offers a chic new space for travelers and locals alike, while the hybrid 1,400-square-foot meeting space, Ensemble, offers a more productive space for gatherings. The pool area and fitness center were also enhanced with new equipment and features.

Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Marina, Florida
The Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Marina, a mainstay for many cruisers in the area, is finishing a phased renovation that began in 2020.

With 595 guest rooms, the hotel will feature a new navy and white color scheme, an updated pool and pool deck, and a two-story waterfront expansion overlooking the hotel’s marina. The expanded area will feature a 4,875-square-foot Intracoastal Ballroom overlooking the waterway, a second-floor conference center and pillar-free ballrooms.
