Holiday Inn Express to open near Boulder City, Nev., casino

Railroad Pass casino and hotel in Boulder City, Nev., is getting a new neighbor with the opening next week of the 127-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The developer plans to add the Bullet Train Tavern featuring a bar and slot machines.
