Holland America Adds Caribbean Menu and Cocktails for 2025–26 Season

Holland America Line is spicing up its upcoming Caribbean cruise season with a new regional menu featuring island-inspired dishes, tropical cocktails, and exclusive room service offerings crafted by its celebrity Culinary Ambassadors.
Available from October 2025 through April 2026, the special menu celebrates the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean. Guests can look forward to dishes such as Yuzu Butter Grilled Lobster Tails, Jerked Oxtail Croquettes, a Caribbean Seafood Boil, and a Southwestern Salmon Bowl. Complementing the cuisine are refreshing drinks, including 35 varieties of rum, Aperol Spritz options, and regional fruit smoothies.
“This Caribbean season, we’re inviting guests to truly immerse themselves in the flavors and spirit of the islands through exciting new dishes, delicious drinks, and meaningful experiences,” said Michael Stendebach, Vice President of Food, Beverage, and Rooms Division at Holland America Line.
In addition to the new menu, the cruise line will host onboard cooking demonstrations, giving travelers the opportunity to recreate regional dishes at home. New culinary-focused shore excursions will also spotlight local markets, rum distilleries, and island food traditions.
The new offerings are influenced by Holland America’s Culinary Ambassadors—David Burke, Masaharu Morimoto, Ethan Stowell, and Jacques Torres—each lending their signature flair to the menu.
Sailing from multiple ports, including the newly added homeport of Miami, Florida, guests can choose from nearly 30 Caribbean itineraries across six ships during the 2025–2026 season. Holland America’s latest culinary initiative blends world-class cuisine with authentic island flavor, creating an immersive dining experience both onboard and ashore.
