Holland America Line is set to enhance its world cruise experiences with an array of new entertainment options starting January 2025. Travelers embarking on the 124-day Grand World Voyage and the 133-day Grand Voyage: Pole to Pole will be treated to an unprecedented lineup of 15 new production shows developed by producer Blackburn International.

These shows, featuring a talented ensemble of eight singers and dancers, will cover a range of themes, including special tributes to iconic musical groups such as Fleetwood Mac and the Eagles. “Holland America Line has never introduced this many shows at one time,” remarked Bill Prince, vice president of entertainment at Holland America Line. He emphasized that the variety of music genres in the new shows is designed to cater to the diverse tastes of their guests, especially given the length of these grand voyages.

Beyond these captivating productions, guests will enjoy performances by headliners, comedians, and other entertainers as they journey across the globe. The cruises will also offer a plethora of activities and classes, ranging from ballroom dancing and watercolor painting to pickleball, ensuring that every traveler finds something engaging.

Adding a culinary twist to the journey, guest chefs will join various segments of the cruises to present local cuisines through interactive cooking demonstrations and “coffee chats.” These culinary experts will also feature their creations at the Pinnacle Grill, offering passengers a taste of regional flavors.

The Grand World Voyage sets sail from Fort Lauderdale on January 4, 2025, aboard the Zuiderdam, touching 49 ports across 30 countries on six continents. The Grand Voyage: Pole to Pole will depart on January 25 from Fort Lauderdale aboard the Volendam, planning stops at 69 ports in 26 countries across five continents. A highlight for many will be when the two ships meet in Barcelona on April 24, where guests from both voyages can enjoy a Catalan-themed dinner, deck parties, and reunions.

Early bookers for these full voyages can avail themselves of perks and deals valued up to $8,800 per person, including a free Surf Wi-Fi package, a $500 air credit, and complimentary roundtrip airport transfers, if booked by August 19. Additionally, shorter segments of each cruise are available, with incentives like onboard credits up to $1,000 per stateroom, free laundry and dry-cleaning services, and a free Surf Wi-Fi package.
