Holland America Line’s ‘Save On Sunshine’ Sale: Up to 40% Off Cruises

Holland America Line is offering a major discount with its new “Save on Sunshine” sale, providing up to 40% off select winter and spring cruises. This limited-time promotion applies to voyages departing from September 2024 through April 2025 and must be booked by August 20.

The sale features substantial savings on cruise fares, along with additional perks such as free prepaid crew gratuities and a 50% reduction on deposits.

Beth Bodensteiner, Chief Commercial Officer for Holland America Line, commented, “As winter approaches, many travelers start dreaming of warmer climates. The ‘Save on Sunshine’ sale offers a fantastic opportunity to plan a tropical escape now, with extra savings and valuable amenities.” Destinations included in this promotion range from the Caribbean and Mexico to Australia, Asia, and South America, plus extended Legendary Voyages.

Travelers can choose from a diverse array of itineraries, including a five-day Tropical Caribbean cruise aboard the Eurodam, a 21-day Panama Canal journey on the Rotterdam, and an 18-day Hawaiian Islands adventure on the Koningsdam. The sale also covers exotic destinations such as Tahiti and Antarctica.

Additionally, this promotion can be combined with Holland America’s “Have it All” packages, which include perks like shore excursions, beverage packages, specialty dining, and Wi-Fi. Note that the offer excludes Grand Voyages and cruises lasting three days or less.

For those seeking last-minute travel deals, Holland America’s Standby Program offers significant savings. Guests can sign up for standby status at $49 per person per day, with trip confirmation provided just days before departure.
