Hopes rise along with occupancy for Chicago Loop hotels

Hotel occupancy in the Chicago Loop has reached its highest level since the pandemic started, and a board member of the Chicago Loop Alliance predicts continuing good times. “With the demand for corporate group travel continuing to grow and a steadfast demand for leisure travel, we foresee a positive trend in bookings as conferences and festivals return to Chicago this summer,” says Stefan Gruvberger, manager of The LaSalle Chicago, which opened last month.
