Hotel nights, fine dining woo potential NYC subway riders

New Yorkers who answer the city’s call to revive subway ridership could win stays at a luxury hotel, gourmet meals or admission to a food and wine festival. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is partnering with the James Beard Foundation to broaden experience for residents whose work commutes have been reduced by the pandemic.
