Hotels want to be the “H” in WFH

The pandemic has accelerated a trend toward hotels that are more than just places to sleep, including rooms and other areas that are being redesigned to support people getting work done, says hospitality consultant Adam Patrizia. “They’re saying that it can really be a wonderful ‘workcation’ — you can use the spa and use this trainer while you’re here — to try and entice people that way,” Patrizia says.
