Chipotle continues to prioritize diversity and inclusion goals through a number of initiatives that include designing its corporate values around employee feedback and not merely senior mandates, as well as boosting diversity in senior leadership roles. Seventy percent of Chipotle’s workforce is diverse and it was listed as a top company for diversity by Comparably based on anonymous feedback from employees of color over the course of last year.
