Hyatt has officially opened its first Hyatt Regency property in New York City with the debut of Hyatt Regency Times Square, a 795-room upscale hotel located at 1605 Broadway. The property blends modern design with theatrical flair, capturing the energy of Manhattan’s iconic entertainment district.

Guests are welcomed through a soaring porte cochere into a striking two-story glass atrium lobby that includes a signature restaurant overlooking Broadway. The interior showcases Broadway-inspired artwork and vintage theater marquees suspended from the ceiling, celebrating the hotel’s prime location.

Each room and suite features oversized windows offering natural light and sweeping city views. The standout 969-square-foot penthouse suite includes panoramic views from Times Square to the Hudson River and can be expanded into a multi-room layout. In collaboration with the return of MAMMA MIA! to Broadway on August 2, the hotel introduces a themed room inspired by the Greek isles.

The hotel also includes a versatile lobby café that transforms into an upscale evening lounge, a grab-and-go market serving coffee and breakfast, and an upcoming cocktail lounge offering small plates. The expansive fitness center ranks among the largest in Manhattan, equipped with a wide range of cardio and strength-training options.

“Hyatt Regency Times Square is a landmark addition to New York’s hotel scene, designed for seamless stays and unforgettable experiences,” said General Manager Mohit Malhotra.

Now part of the World of Hyatt portfolio, the property joins nearly 30 Hyatt hotels in New York City. Rates start at $349 per night, and reservations are now open.
