Hyatt Tahoe resort joins Ellison stable for $345M

The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino in Nevada has been sold for $345 million to Lawrence Investments LLC, headed by Oracle Corp. co-founder Larry Ellison. The 12-story property, which went for a Lake Tahoe record of $817,535 per room, is one of the billionaire entrepreneur’s most notable of several purchases on the lake’s north shore.
