Hyatt venture in China brings Fila into hotel game

The athletic apparel company Fila will partner with Hyatt Hotels Corp. to enter the hospitality business. Fila House, scheduled to open in Shanghai in 2024, will be the second JdV by Hyatt-branded hotel in China.
