Iberostar Resorts has launched an innovative approach to its hotel branding with the introduction of three distinct segments: Iberostar Waves, Iberostar Selection, and JOIA by Iberostar. This strategic evolution aims to enhance customer experiences while maintaining a commitment to quality, service excellence, and environmental sustainability.

The updated brand identity is built on five core pillars: Exceptional Quality, Effortless Experiences, Service with Heart, Moments that Matter, and Sustainably Positive. These pillars guide the tailored offerings of each segment to cater to diverse vacation preferences and needs.

  1. Iberostar Waves: Designed for families and active couples seeking a playful and reassuring atmosphere by the beach.
  2. Iberostar Selection: Offers relaxed and premium holiday experiences, ideal for families and couples looking for generous amenities and uplifting stays.
  3. JOIA by Iberostar: Represents luxury and personalized service, delivering exquisite experiences for discerning travelers.

The rollout of these new segments will occur gradually across the Iberostar portfolio, starting with the debut of Iberostar Waves Gaviotas Park in Fuerteventura in August 2024. Additionally, JOIA Aruba by Iberostar, slated to open later in 2024, will mark Iberostar’s flagship entry into the Caribbean luxury market. Recent openings like Iberostar Selection Creta Marine in Greece already reflect the new branding approach, showcasing the company’s commitment to evolving guest experiences worldwide.
