The former Hotel Formentor in Mallorca, Spain, a magnet for royalty and other notables for nearly a century, will be reopened in 2023 as a Four Seasons property. Ernin Capitol bought the historic property on the bay of Pollanca from Grupo Barcelo in February for $118.4 million and plans a makeover.
