The Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh, long a fixture of the city’s downtown, may be sold due to massive losses from the pandemic, its owner says. Kiran C. Patel converted the property a decade ago from the former Hilton Hotel, which he secured in a bankruptcy court battle.
