Iconic Tahoe Biltmore changes hands for $56.8M

EKN Development Group has declared grand plans for the Tahoe Biltmore Lodge & Casino after purchasing the landmark for $56.8 million. The venture follows a failed attempt by previous owner Boulder Bay to renovate the 75-year-old property, once famous for posh surroundings and top-drawer entertainment.
