Developed in partnership with Flag Luxury Group and Unicorp National Developments, this new hotel promises to deliver an elevated hospitality experience in one of the city’s most dynamic areas.

Situated on the lively International Drive, the InterContinental Orlando will embody a sophisticated yet welcoming design. The hotel will feature 700 guest rooms, including 84 luxurious suites, catering to both business and leisure travelers. Its prime location ensures easy access to major city attractions, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Guests will have a variety of dining options with five distinct restaurants and bars. These include a full-service restaurant, a specialty dining venue, a lobby bar and lounge, a coffee shop, and a pool bar and grill, all designed to offer a range of culinary experiences.

The InterContinental Orlando will also offer 15,000 square feet of spa and wellness facilities, including a modern fitness center and a relaxing pool area. The hotel will provide approximately 106,000 square feet of meeting and event space, complemented by a business center and the exclusive Club InterContinental lounge, catering to both corporate and leisure needs.

Jolyon Bulley, Chief Executive Officer of the Americas at IHG Hotels & Resorts, expressed enthusiasm about the project: “We’re delighted to be working with Flag Luxury Group and Unicorp National Developments to bring the pioneering InterContinental brand to Orlando.
