IHG Opens First Ext.-Stay Atwell Suites in Miami

IHG Hotels & Resorts has opened the first property of its new extended-stay Atwell Suites brand in Miami, the company announced. The 90-room Atwell Suites Miami Brickell is situated on the top floors of the building shared with the Hotel Indigo Miami Brickell, which opened in March 2021.

IHG last month first announced the new all-suites brand, which it positions as upper-midscale. Guest room amenities include counter-height desks and chairs, while Atwell lobbies include “huddle areas” and public coworking spaces.
