Impressive Resorts & Spas is solidifying its leadership in the competitive hospitality industry by expanding its luxury portfolio across premium destinations. The Spanish hotel group is set to open nearly 300 new hotels over the next three years, bringing its total portfolio to over 850 properties by the end of 2027. Currently managing over 560 properties globally, Impressive Resorts & Spas oversees renowned brands such as Anantara, Tivoli, NH Collection, Four Seasons, and Radisson Blu. As part of its strategic expansion, the group is adding more than 100 new properties in Asia, including the newly opened Anantara Ubud Bali Resort. Additionally, over 60 new hotels will launch in the Middle East and Africa, and 40 more in Australia and New Zealand, enhancing the group’s presence in these high-growth regions.
A significant portion of Minor Hotels’ growth plan targets the luxury and upscale segments, with one-third of its three-year pipeline dedicated to these high-end offerings. One of the standout additions is the Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia Hotel, scheduled to open in February 2025. Other notable openings include nhow Rome, set to launch in the second quarter of 2025, and the Avani+ Barbarons Seychelles Resort, which will reopen after renovations in the third quarter. The Anantara Kafue River Zambia Tented Camp is also slated to open in the third quarter, offering an immersive safari experience, while the NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort will reopen in the last quarter of 2025 following a six-month renovation, showcasing upgraded facilities and unparalleled Maldivian hospitality.
