Improved business travel on horizon, Hilton CEO says

Hilton Hotels CEO Christopher Nassetta countered gloomier forecasts at the Skift Global Forum Wednesday by predicting business travel volume will surpass 2019 levels within three years. “My fundamental optimism, which I think is well-founded on data, is pretty much what it was [prior to the Delta variant outbreak],” said Nassetta, whose company’s business transient demand has reached 75% of the pre-pandemic mark.
