Increased connections to New York from Milan Malpensa
In June, flights to the Big Apple increased, thanks to the restart of the connection Milano Malpensa – New York (JFK) operated by Emirates, which resumed the route after the suspension due to the pandemic, and thanks to the Italian airline Neos, which will begin operating passenger flights from Malpensa to New York (JFK) from July.
From June 1st Emirates has resumed the Dubai-Malpensa-JFK connection with a frequency of 4 flights per week which will increase to one flight per day in July. In view of the resumption of flights with the United States, the Arab carrier has decided to reopen, in full compliance with the anti Covid regulations, its lounge inside Malpensa Terminal 1, thus returning to offer its passengers this service that was been temporarily suspended.
Neos, will inaugurate the new passenger flight to JFK airport in early July, with 2 flights per week, on Thursdays and Sundays.
These additional connections to New York are added to those already active and operated by United Airlines, which resumed on May 8th the connection from Malpensa to New York (Newark – EWR) with 4 flights weekly and those already present in recent months to JFK operated by American Airlines (1 flight per day) and Delta Airlines (1 flight per day).
