Inn on Fifth of Naples, Fla., changes hands for $156M

The upscale Inn on Fifth in Naples, Fla., will join the portfolio of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust via a $156 million transaction. Pebblebrook says it may expand upon the property, which comprises 119 guestrooms, including 43 suites.
