Inspirato Merges with Buyerlink to Expand Luxury Travel Tech

Luxury vacation club Inspirato is merging with marketing technology platform Buyerlink to form One Planet Platforms, a new diversified marketplace company focused on luxury travel, automotive, and home services. The transaction, structured as a reverse merger, values Buyerlink’s equity at USD 326 million and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025.
The newly combined entity will operate under the name One Planet Platforms, aiming to become a technology-first luxury travel marketplace powered by artificial intelligence. Buyerlink is owned by One Planet Group, which is already Inspirato’s largest shareholder.
Inspirato entered an investment agreement with One Planet Group in August 2024, leading to organizational changes including the appointment of Payam Zamani as chairman and CEO. Zamani, also the founder and CEO of Buyerlink, will now lead One Planet Platforms in the same role.
Zamani said the merger represents a major step in Inspirato’s transformation and will enable the company to reach new markets and deliver more personalized, tech-driven luxury experiences. The Inspirato brand will remain as the flagship luxury travel division within One Planet Platforms.
The merger will allow Inspirato to leverage Buyerlink’s advanced marketing technology and AI tools to improve member experience, expand its offerings, and scale operations.
According to both companies, One Planet Platforms is projected to generate approximately USD 350 million in revenue and USD 30 million in adjusted EBITDA in 2025.
Inspirato board member Ann Payne said the merger enhances the company’s ability to deliver smarter discovery, better personalization, and deeper inventory for its members.
