Jackson Jet Center Expands Network with Twin Falls FBO Acquisition

US-based fixed-base operator Jackson Jet Center has expanded its footprint in the Northwest with the acquisition of Reeder Jet Center, the sole FBO at Twin Falls Airport in Idaho. The deal marks Jackson Jet Center’s third FBO location and underscores its strategy of building a focused network of premium regional aviation facilities.
The transaction includes a 4,500-square-foot (418-square-metre) passenger terminal, which Jackson Jet Center plans to renovate, as well as an on-site hangar capable of accommodating midsize business jets. The company said the upgrades will enhance passenger comfort and operational efficiency while aligning the Twin Falls facility with its broader service standards.
Jackson Jet Center currently operates established FBOs at Boise Airport and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, serving a mix of business aviation, charter operators, and transient general aviation traffic. The addition of Twin Falls strengthens the company’s presence in Idaho and positions it to capture growing demand for private and business aviation services across the Mountain West.
Twin Falls Airport is a key regional gateway in southern Idaho, supporting corporate aviation, medical flights, and recreational traffic linked to tourism, agriculture, and regional industry. By acquiring Reeder Jet Center, Jackson Jet Center gains a strategic foothold in a market with limited competition and steady demand from both local operators and transient business jet traffic.
The planned terminal renovation is expected to modernize passenger amenities while improving crew facilities and ramp-side operations. Although Jackson Jet Center has not disclosed a timeline or investment value for the upgrades, the company indicated that the improvements will be carried out with minimal disruption to ongoing FBO services.
The acquisition reflects continued consolidation within the US FBO sector, as operators seek to expand selectively at regional and secondary airports offering strong fundamentals and long-term growth potential. Rather than pursuing a large national footprint, Jackson Jet Center has focused on a smaller portfolio of locations where it can maintain hands-on management and a consistent service experience.
With Twin Falls added to its network, Jackson Jet Center continues to build scale while reinforcing its commitment to regional business aviation markets that support year-round activity and stable operating conditions.
