Sandals Resorts International is leaving no doubt about its expectations for the post-pandemic future of Jamaica. The company plans to spend $230 million to expand its string of all-inclusive resorts, and $250 million to renovate its new Beaches Runaway Bay Resort in Ocho Rios.
