Japan’s Peach Aviation Leases Kansai Hangar for Biz Jet Use

Peach Aviation has partnered with ANA Facilities Co. Ltd. to develop and lease a business jet hangar at Osaka Kansai International Airport, according to a media release issued on June 3, 2025. The 8,500-square-meter facility will be managed by ANA Facilities and made available to business jet owners and operators for both short- and long-term use.
Both companies are subsidiaries of ANA Holdings, and this move marks a strategic expansion into business aviation services. The facility will support growing demand for parking and maintenance space in Japan’s limited business jet infrastructure.
Osaka Kansai Airport, which operates 24/7 with minimal noise restrictions and strong transport links, offers an attractive location for business jet operations. The partners say the new hangar will enhance Kansai Airport’s functionality and position it as a competitive business aviation hub in the region.
While Peach Aviation is best known as a low-cost carrier serving domestic and short-haul international routes, this marks a diversification of its aviation activities. According to ch-aviation data, the airline currently operates flights to 23 airports across seven countries with a fleet consisting of fifteen A320-200s, seventeen A320neo aircraft, and three A321LRs.
The initiative reflects growing interest in Japan’s business aviation market, which is seeing rising demand from domestic and international private travelers. ANA Facilities and Peach aim to support this growth while leveraging their combined expertise and infrastructure at one of Japan’s key international gateways.
