JEMB Pocono closes on Fla. hotel for $170M

The five-year-old Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach Resort sold for $170 million to JEMB Pocono. The Florida resort, which was previously owned by K & P Clearwater Estate, has a ballroom, pool and fitness center.
