Jet Access Aviation Expands Fleet with Learjet 60, Citation XLS+

Jet Access Aviation (JXA) has resumed Learjet 60 operations after a one-year break and added its first Citation XLS+ to its Part 135-certified fleet. The 23-year-old Learjet 60, registered N64MG, was previously operated by Executive Jet Management and retired from its Part 135 certificate in October 2024. Its final flight under the EJM code occurred on January 2, 2025, between White Plains and West Palm Beach. After a test flight to Fort Lauderdale on February 8, it returned to commercial service with a trip to Pittsburgh International on February 10.
In addition, Jet Access has introduced a 15.6-year-old Citation XLS+ (N560JE) into its fleet. This aircraft, initially registered in Serbia, was imported to the U.S. in 2016 and had been privately operated until its recent certification under Jet Access’ Part 135 certificate. Its most recent flight took place on February 7, 2025, between San Diego Brown Field and San Diego McClellan Palomar.
These new additions join 23 other aircraft in Jet Access’ charter fleet, which operates across its own Part 135 certificate and that of First Wing Management, with which it merged in 2022. The fleet includes various models such as Citation Jet 1, Citation M2, Learjet 45XR, Falcon 2000, Phenom 300, and multiple Gulfstream, Hawker, and Citation jets, enhancing the company’s operational flexibility and market presence.
