Jet Story Retires Praetor 600 Amid Fleet Adjustments

Poland-based Jet Story has retired its sole Embraer Praetor 600, marking the end of its operations with the aircraft. Registered as SP-OMI (msn 55020131), the 3.6-year-old jet, configured for up to 11 passengers, was Jet Story’s first Praetor 600 and entered service in 2021.
The aircraft’s last flight under Jet Story’s ‘JDI’ code occurred on September 30, 2024, completing a roundtrip between Warsaw Chopin and Kraków John Paul II International. It later flew to London Stansted on October 28 before being deregistered in Poland.
On December 2, the jet was re-registered in the United States as N131FB. Shortly after, it flew via Bangor International to Chicago Executive on December 6. The aircraft is now owned by Fortune Brands Innovations, a U.S.-based NYSE-listed home improvement products provider, which also operates a Legacy 500.
With the retirement of the Praetor 600, Jet Story continues to operate a robust Polish-registered fleet of 15 aircraft. These include a Challenger 300, two Challenger 350s, two Challenger 3500s, a G650, a Global 5000, a Hawker 750, two HondaJets, three Legacy 600s, a PC-12, and a PC-24. The operator also manages additional aircraft on international registers and offers helicopter charter services.
Jet Story remains a key player in Poland’s private aviation sector, focusing on fleet diversification and premium charter services.
