JetBlue adds new elite frequent flyer tier

JetBlue is adding a new elite tier to its Mosaic loyalty program for the most frequent flyers. Mosaic+ members will receive four business class upgrade certificates for 2022. “What we’re signaling here is that there is a lot of change happening and a lot of exciting things happening,” said Don Uselmann, vice president of loyalty and personalization.
