JetBlue’s Paisly Adds Cruises, Boosts Rewards for Travelers

JetBlue’s travel booking platform, Paisly, has expanded its cruise portfolio with the addition of four major cruise lines: Holland America Line, Cunard, Virgin Voyages, and Oceania Cruises. This move enhances Paisly’s ability to deliver personalized and loyalty-integrated experiences, particularly in the luxury and adults-only cruise segments.
With global cruise passenger numbers expected to grow from 34.6 million in 2024 to 42 million by 2028, Paisly aims to meet this demand by adding a new cruise partner every month. The expanded offerings will also support Paisly’s upcoming collaboration with United Airlines, launching in summer 2026.
JetBlue Vacations was the first to offer cruises through Paisly, allowing customers to earn both cruise line loyalty rewards and JetBlue TrueBlue points, including tiles toward Mosaic status. This “double-dip” rewards structure sets Paisly apart in the cruise booking space.
Additionally, Paisly’s Plane to Port Commitment, available via JetBlue Vacations, ensures customers won’t miss their cruise due to flight delays. If a delay causes a missed departure, Paisly will assist travelers in reaching the next port of call.
“Cruising is a category overdue for disruption, and that’s exactly what Paisly is delivering,” said Jamie Perry, President of Paisly. “By expanding our cruise offering and integrating it with our personalization engine and loyalty tools, we’re enabling JetBlue and future airline partners to offer customers a smarter, simpler, and more rewarding travel experience.”
The expansion strengthens Paisly’s position as a comprehensive travel solution connecting flights, cruises, and rewards in one seamless booking platform.
