JSX Expands Routes and Launches Club JSX Loyalty Program

JSX, the semi-private air carrier known for bypassing traditional airport terminals, is expanding both its route network and customer perks. Nearly a decade after launching in 2016 with a single California route, JSX now operates up to 140 public charter flights daily to 28 destinations across the U.S. and Mexico.

With growing scale, the carrier has officially introduced its own loyalty program: Club JSX. Designed for simplicity, the program offers 5% back as flight credit on base fares, seat selections, and pet fees. Credits are valid for 12 months and can be pooled among up to five travelers, giving customers greater flexibility. JSX passengers can still choose to earn miles with United MileagePlus or JetBlue TrueBlue, but internal surveys revealed that 75% of customers prefer earning loyalty directly with JSX.

Club JSX arrives as the airline continues to grow. New routes this summer include nonstop service between Orange County and Salt Lake City, and new connections from Napa County Airport to Burbank and Orange County.

JSX operates a fleet of 48 Embraer ERJ-145 jets, each with 30 seats in a 1-2 layout, and plans to expand further with the lease of two ATR 42-600 turboprops by year-end. A purchase of 15 more ATRs is planned for 2026, allowing JSX to reach smaller, underserved airports.

Passengers benefit from private terminal access, 20-minute check-in times, and free high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi. With its growing network and enhanced customer experience, JSX continues to offer an attractive alternative to traditional commercial flying.
