“Jumanji” franchise will extend to lodging, beyond

Merlin Entertainments has signed an exclusive agreement with Sony Pictures Entertainment to construct “Jumanji”-themed hotel rooms, attractions, rides, lands and retail outlets at its parks in North America and Europe. Among the planned attractions is “Jumanji — The Adventure,” coming to Gardaland Resort in Castelnuovo del Garda, Italy, in April.
