Juno Raises $2M to Launch Corporate Guest Travel Platform

Corporate guest travel startup Juno has raised $2 million in seed funding to launch its end-to-end booking and expense tool designed specifically for non-employee travel. The round was co-led by Bungalow Capital and Steve Singh, founder of Concur and managing director at Madrona Venture Group.

Juno was founded by Devon Tivona and Sam Felsenthal, co-founders of guest travel platform Pana, which was acquired by Coupa in 2021. The duo is now addressing what they describe as a long-overlooked segment of business travel: trips booked for job candidates, contractors, consultants, and event speakers.

Tivona noted that guest travel accounts for up to 20% of corporate travel spend but is typically managed through fragmented tools like spreadsheets and emails. Juno streamlines the entire process—from booking and trip invitations to reimbursement and support—through a unified platform.

“What makes Juno different is our focus on the entire guest journey,” Tivona said in a LinkedIn post. “These trips represent a brand moment. Welcoming guests with a seamless, stress-free experience shows you care.”

Juno’s first travel management company (TMC) partnership is with Altour, which will provide travel services and fulfillment through the platform. The startup is set to launch in June and already counts several Fortune 500 companies among its initial customers.

This is Singh’s latest venture in the business travel sector. In 2024, he also invested in AI travel assistant Otto and helped acquire Direct Travel alongside Durable Capital Partners and Madrona. Singh serves as executive chairman of Spotnana, Direct Travel, Center, and Troop.
