Kansas City airport announces artworks for new terminal

Kansas City International Airport has named four public art projects that will adorn the new $1.5 billion terminal now under construction. The commissioned pieces include a kinetic ceiling sculpture comprised of thousands of colorful wind spinners and compositions that offer nods to the city’s musical heritage.
